Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

If you’re traveling to 🎶 Music City 🎶 with a larger group and need more than 1 condo. 🎸 🤠👢🪕🎻🍷. Check out our second unit in the building (4 doors away) www.vrbo.com/1312070

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Great place to stay with family
The place was a little deceiving at first because there was a lot of construction in that area and it didn’t appear to be in the best area but the condo itself was very clean and accommodating for our group of 4. We are all in our 70’s so it was a little difficult getting our luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator . It was a $14 Uber ride to Broadway. All in all it was a nice stay.

This property is amazing. Starting with how clean and conveniently located it is. Being on the river is so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the morning, and in the evening to help wind down after Broadway. The location is so close to everything.

This home is better than described! Covered parking was a bonus for our motorcycles. Condo was clean and well stocked, easy walk to downtown…will most definitely recommend and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

The best!
The host and property manager were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had & the condo was beautiful. Location was also great! Short and cheap Uber ride from everything we wanted to do! Would 100% stay here again.

Great place!!
This location is wonderful for a small group!! The river view is lovely and the place was very well put together. It was nice being a few minutes from downtown! We also really enjoyed having a pool at our location and used that for some rest and relaxation! Highly recommend this spot for your upcoming trip to Nashville!

Beautiful condo! Nice river views from patio & windows w/ nice sunrises! Close to town (we walked at times as well as taking short Uber rides). Very clean & modern. Surprised so many little things were included (coffee supplies, toiletries, etc) Very convenient!

Beautiful Condo!
Everything was as stated in description! We didn’t have a car but there was plenty of parking. Beds were comfy, check-in was the easiest ever and the pool was very nice!

Fantastic condo-definitely 5 stars
We booked this for a girls weekend last minute. To say we were more than pleasantly impressed would be an understatement. The location is amazing, with a gorgeous waterfront view. The condo complex amenities were perfect and we really enjoyed the pool. The condo itself was clean, very well appointed, and fabulous for chilling before and after we hit the highlights of Nashville. We walked to Broadway in about 10 minutes with a cheap Uber ride back. We will definitely book this for our next Nashville get-away!

Outstanding Home, View, and Location
This condo stay was like I was at home. Warm, Friendly, Relaxed inside environment with all the comforts of home. Great floor plan with the MBath connected to the MBR and a full 2nd bathroom for the others. We were not there to watch TV, but when we did, the large screen in the Family Room area was just beautiful, as was the TV in the MBR The relaxing 2-person patio found us watching "interesting" water vehicles move up and down the Cumberland River. The condo was immaculately clean and spacious. The coffee maker offered both K-cups or grounds. You could dial up the A/C to your comfort, along with the use of ceiling fans - really nice fans - throughout the home. Covered parking at no cost was also in play, as well as a healthy walk to Broadway St. If I go back to see friends or visit Nashville - perfect location to stay with a Host that responded to me almost immediately after I hit the Send button message to Mike His assistant / partner Liz was always answering my questions. Great weekend in the Music City
Great location for two couples celebrating 50th birthday. We found the accommodations exceeded our expectations and enjoyed our time in Nashville. We could easily walk to all the hot spots and cheap Uber rides back at night. Communications with the host was always immediate and accommodating. Will definitely return to Nashville and to this great condo!
