Welcome to your newly renovated condo in the heart of Olde Naples! Just ONE BLOCK to the beautiful Naples beaches and all of the shops and dining on 3rd Street! Your first floor condo suite is ideally situated just steps from the oversized heated pool. And with large windows you can let that warm Florida sunshine in. The studio also has a designated parking space, common laundry, kitchen, bathroom, dining table, king size bed, pull out single trundle bed and can sleep up to 3 people.

Your condo suite is just one block to the famous Naples Pier, the white sandy beach, and all of the dining and shops on 3rd Street in Olde Naples.

The first floor, light, bright corner suite is ideally situated just steps from large, heated pool. It has a king size bed with a dreamy mattress, a single twin trundle bed, brand new flooring, quartz countertops, new cabinets & all of the essentials needed for a wonderful vacation.

An Absolute Gem!!

This condo was absolutely perfectā€”clean, cozy, and in the most ideal location! Just one block from the beautiful Naples beaches and all the amazing shops and restaurants on 3rd Street, it couldnā€™t have been more convenient. The condo was beautifully updated spotless, and modern. Being just steps from the large, heated pool was such a treat, and the designated parking spot and on-site laundry made our stay even easier. A true gem in Olde Naplesā€”we canā€™t wait to return!

Best of the best of Naples!

This studio apartment truly is the ā€œbest of the best of Naples!ā€œ. Youā€™re steps from the pool, a block from the beach (a very easy walk), and a five minute walk to boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. check in with seamless and communication with the owners was excellent, they were very responsive to questions we had about activities in the area. This was a great stay and we would highly recommend this facility.

Has all the amenities you need - kitchen, pool access less than five steps away, restaurants and beaches near seconds away. Quiet and peaceful enough area. Very kind and communicative hosts! Would be more than happy to return.

Excellent stay

This was perfect for what we needed, a place close to the beach (one block, easy walk) and close to restaurants and shops (one block), comfortable bed and attentive hosts. Kimberly and Susie communicated thoroughly before and during our stay. We had a very minor issue that could have been left to address until after were gone but they showed up in a short time. Wine and chocolates for us upon arrival made us feel very welcome! Did I mention it was very clean? It was. Highly recommended.

A beach house paradise

We have wanted to experience historic Old Naples for some time. Celebrating a milestone anniversary, this was an ideal location where we could walk to Naples Pier to view spectacular sunsets or walk to the historic 3rd Street for wonderful restaurants and shops. Perfect get away

Very nice studio condo for being close to a great area in Naples. Love the location and this condo was very comfortable and the owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a couple. I loved the pool as well and itā€™s right outside the door. Just wish the weather would have been better. Will have to come again.

Excellent rental!

This was our first visit to Naples and We loved staying here! The property was 1 block from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable, AC unit kept our place nice and cool on the very humid/hot days and a very short walk (or car ride) to restaurants and shops. Kimberly and Susie were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions- great hosts! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naples Mariner! Closeness to beach, 3rd st. and 5th Ave can't be beat! Unit was clean and was what we wanted. It could have used some more hand towels and wash cloths. The TV was not centered on the wall, so it made it difficult to watch. But those things were minor. We are coming back next year!!

I have stayed at the Mariner Hotel for many years the location is fabulous across the street from Naples pier and directly behind third Avenue The unit 127 was an oversized studio with a king size bed and full size futon couch ( the mattress was full size and not a ā€œfutonā€ matress). The room was immaculately clean the accessories and the essentials that were left for my use your very thoughtful and well planned for a traveller I was able to contact owner in minutes via email!! Cute, clean and great location

Loved our three day stay at this perfectly located studio condo in Old Naples. The owners have really done a lovely job making this space a true home away from home with a super comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen and bright linens. We enjoyed the quiet at night and the warm pool for morning laps right outside the door. We walked to the beach/pier and 3rd Street South every day and even came across the awesome farmers market on Saturday morning. Would definitely stay with Kimberly and Susie again in the future.

Perfect retreat

I loved everything about this adorable studio! Tastefully updated in all the right ways, luxurious king bed, kitchenette, soothing beachy decor. It is 1 block from the ocean and 1 block from restaurants, shops. So much better than a hotel or resort !
