Beautiful House!
The house and amenities exceeded our expectations! The pool was awesome. This place is spotless clean and looks just like in the photos. It has everything you will need to cook, pool and beach supplies. The location is wonderful for easy access to bike pathways, the beach and shopping. We had a great family vacation and looking forward to go back!

Loved this house! The pool was great for our kids :). The neighborhood was kind of run-down, but very quiet and the location was great. Easy access to 41 where pretty much everything was located. Front door keypad wasn’t always the easiest to use. Dawn, the property manager was super responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again!

This is a lovely home! It is super-clean, and the property is just a few blocks from the beach. My son and his friend enjoyed using the bikes to get around the area.

Home is beautiful. Problem with front door lock. Finally figured out to push door in for lock to work. Noisy neighbors driving a truck between the houses 12:30 am. Garage door mysteriously was open one morning when we knew we had shut it before retiring . Upon our last day check out was at 10:00am cleaning crew was ringing our doorbell at 9:00am. Property manager was in our driveway at 9:30. That was unacceptable . Would not rent this home again . On a positive note home was very clean and beds were amazing . House was stocked with everything we needed plus paper products . There was no garage door opener for us to use during our stay .

Beautiful place
The house was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable beds, very clean and a beautiful layout. We were a bit surprised at how far we were from the beach, we thought based on the description we were a tad bit closer but an Uber ride solved that problem. Our only real complaint was that the pool heater was not working when we got there due to a power surge in the area before our arrival. I was able to communicate with Dawn about the problem and she sent someone out o repair it. He said that he had fixed the problem but it was only warm for one night. Dawn is refunding us the pool heater fee because it was obviously not working which we very much appreciate. All in all it was a beautiful place in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic home away from home
We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and the layout is comfortable and easy. The outdoor area was perfect for kids and adults. The house came complete with everything we could possibly need and was clean. We are already planning our return visit to this house. Centrally located to so much, and within biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach it is perfect! A must stay!

Fabulous Home near everything!!
The house is absolutely perfect. So comfy and beautiful. Loved the layout and the pool area. The mgmt co was incredible to work with. So close to everything loved being right by 41. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We are definitely coming back next year! You made my vacation with my family so fabulous!! We had an incredible time in this lovely home!!!

Beautiful property. The home had everything we needed for a memorable spring break with our college girls. A real estate friend stopped by and couldn’t stop gushing about the place. Location was convenient fir shopping, beach,and food..esp Mercato. Yet quiet/relaxing by the pool. Amazing, will visit it again.

Beautiful and convenient home!
This property was wonderful. The kitchen and master bath were beautiful. It was a great layout for our family as well. The kids loved the pool and the pool toys that were there for us to use in the garage. The home was so close to the beach, it was great.

A beautiful rental—Wow!
This was an absolutely wonderful rental for our family. Everything was top notch. The house is beautifully done. A nice walk to the beach...close to shops....a pool at home with all the towels you need. The furniture was brand new——amazing beds—beach chairs—I can go on and on! No complaints here. Grab it quick!
