It is close to 5th Ave. S / Downtown Naples, where you can also enjoy beautiful sandy beaches and the pier.
Traveling with a large group of friends or family? Need more than 3 bedrooms? Ask us about booking along with the house next door. Same house layout and same great views! The 2 houses booked together can accommodate 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.

Your living room is fully equipped with a TV for a relaxing afternoon on the couch or a cozy evening. You will find high-speed wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from for free.

You will find enough beach towels, bath towels, and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.

Kitchen / Bathroom:

In your generous open bright kitchen, you will not lack anything. Everything is there for use, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as a refrigerator.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your dining area or at the cozy outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.

Your master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a tub

The guest bathroom

Your guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideal if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their separate area.

Bedroom:

The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed.

It also has its own TV with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the pool and the tropical garden as well as the lake. Your master bedroom has its own access to the pool area.

Guest bedroom 1 has a King size bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style

Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed

Outside terrace:

In your spacious outdoor area (terrace and additional pool deck), both pool loungers and dining furniture are available.

The outdoor dining area has a modern white dining table with seating for 6 people.

Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lie in the sun or just spend an evening with friends.

The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days.

A washing machine and dryer are available for you in the villa.

Park on your long driveway or in your 2-car garage.

Additionally to your heatable private pool by the house, the small community has a shared (heated) community pool with pool chairs, bathrooms, and a hot tub just a 2-minute walk from the house.
