A true oasis of beautiful indoor/outdoor living, the lanai hosts a private heated saltwater pool, spa, and comfy seating so everyone can kick back and unwind in the warm sun. Cook or grill tasty meals in the stylish outdoor kitchen under the cypress wood ceiling, share wine with friends, and bask in the dramatic views and lavish feel. Inside, the grand front entry, with high ceilings and a massive foyer, seamlessly blends into a gourmet kitchen with a sparkling center island, high-end appliances, pot filler, hood range, and everything needed to make a home chef’s dreams come true. During leisurely downtime, play board games in the cozy living area, or venture out to explore nearby shops, upscale restaurants, and beaches. Spend your sun-filled days sailing, golfing on scenic courses, touring wineries, or lounging on the white sand beaches all available within a 10-mile radius.

Equally inviting, you’ll find custom closets and plush linens in every bedroom, and a glamorous, spa-like en suite bath in the primary, featuring separate vanities, a massive walk-in shower with several show heads, and a free-standing jetted tub.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
