Spend your days in the home's enclosed backyard, showcasing a private pool, sun-soaked lanai, a gas grill, and ample seating. Take a quick 10-minute drive to Delnor-Wiggins State Park or Vanderbilt Beach and splash in the warm turquoise water. The house is conveniently located to enjoy everything Naples has to offer with close proximity to shopping at the Mercato, Waterside shops, and fashionable boutiques. Downtown Naples is close by and also boasts an abundance of local businesses and world-renowned restaurants.

Back at your stay, the inviting interior of your retreat features all-new lights, furniture, hardwood flooring, central air-conditioning, and ceiling fans. Your favorite shows can be streamed in the pool-view living room, whereas remote work can get done proficiently in the home office, complete with a printer, monitor, and large desk. A television in the children's bunk room will ensure that your kids are entertained with their favorite shows.

The full kitchen is any chef's dream with its wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with plastic cups, stemware, and nonbreakable plates. When mealtime rolls around, gather together and indulge in delicious dishes at the formal dining table.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright with excellent perks such as luxurious mattresses, soft linens, plush seating options, and plentiful storage space. There are also two pristine bathrooms for additional guest convenience. Other interior perks include a private washer/dryer, a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, beach gear, a dog bed, a dog crate, and internet access.

The adjacent art studio may be occupied during the guest's visit but this will not interfere with the guest's.
Cats are strictly prohibited and immediate eviction will follow if guests are caught with cats at the home.
No glass is allowed in the pool area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
