There was no detail overlooked when designing this space. As you walk in you are welcomed by a bright living area complete with 2 couches, a pouf to use as a footrest or a seat, and a Smart TV. You may not spend much time here at the house with so many activities in Naples, but when you need to unwind before bed, this is the ideal place to curl up & watch a movie with your group.
The galley kitchen seamlessly opens into the living room so that the chef doesn’t miss a beat with a long peninsula island, the perfect place to keep the cook company or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample granite countertops, a fridge with a water & ice dispenser, a beverage refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, an oven & dishwasher for easy clean up. You can create any culinary masterpiece with all bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, & glasses available. And in the mornings a single-cup, Keurig coffee maker is available to brew up a fresh cup of joe.
Adjacent to the kitchen, through the archway, is the formal dining room offering a bright nook complete with a glass table & 4 chairs. This is also the perfect spot to play a round of cards with an adult beverage in hand!
The hallway leading to the backyard provides a laundry room featuring a washer & dryer if needed during your stay.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
You will have a tropical oasis of your own right in the backyard! When you walk out, the covered lanai features comfy outdoor chairs, an ideal spot to sip a cup of coffee in the morning & an outdoor dining table if you choose to enjoy a meal al fresco.
You can bask in the delightful Naples weather without worrying about the bugs with the patio being screened in accompanied by 2 fans. As you wander out into the yard there is lots of green grass to allow the kids to run around & play surrounded by lush vegetation.
The front yard welcomes you to paradise with tropical trees & plants as well as a large driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. During your time here you will not have access to the garage however you can enter the home via the screened-in front patio.

At the end of a fun-filled day, retreat to the primary bedroom where a king bed calls you to a restful night's sleep. The room is complete with a mounted Smart TV if you are someone who needs a little noise in the background to fall asleep as well as mounted reading lights if a few pages of a book help you doze off. In the morning grab a cup of coffee and sit back in your chair complete with a footrest, as the morning sun dances through the windows. The room also features 2 dressers & a closet providing ample space to unpack & make yourself at home.
The second bedroom brings a little bit of the Floridian style inside with fun flamingo-themed linens on a full-sized bed. A buffet table provides the perfect place to set your phone while it's charging and a bench at the foot of the bed is ideal for throwing on your shoes before heading out.
The third bedroom has a coastal vibe with a full-sized bed dressed with lovely linens & pillows & a TV to watch as you drift off to sleep. There are windows on each side of the room creating a bright space where you can catch up on some work emails at the designated desk before heading to the beach. Getting ready is easy with a floor mirror, a large dresser to help unpack as well as an attached ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower tub combo, a vanity & lots of space to hang your towels whether they were used to shower or at the beach!
The second shared bathroom in the home has a spa-like feel with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with two shower heads, with one being detachable, and a bench.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
The front driveway of the home offers an abundant amount of parking to utilize during your stay. It is recommended to have a vehicle of your own to truly explore everything the area has to offer. However, rideshare services are abundant in the area if you would like someone else to take care of driving you out to dinner or drinks.

LOCATION:
During your time here in Naples you will be situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood while still being close to the beach, some of the best restaurants, exciting shopping options, & golf courses galore! If you are here in Naples to spend time in the sun with your toes in the sand, then back up your bags, grab the beach chairs, and hop in the car for the quickest car ride. You will be within 5-7 minutes of several beaches including Clam Pass Beach Park, Naples Beach & Point Beach. You might even want to try a different beach each day during your time here!
If you would rather shop til you drop, there is plenty of that nearby as well! Shop some of the most luxurious brands & upscale boutiques at the Village Shops on Venetian Bay right on the water & only 5 min away. More high-end stores such as Saks 5th Ave & many more well-known brands can be found at the Waterside shops only 7 min from the house. And if you want to discover more historical areas with incredible shopping opportunities make sure to check out the Mercato, 5th Ave South & 3rd Ave South all within 10 min of the home. Plus when you are out shopping, these areas are home to some of the best restaurants, bars, breweries & more so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry!
Take the kids to explore all the natural surroundings that Naples has to offer by checking out the gorgeous parks filled with tropical trees, fun wildlife, & family-friendly activities. Freedom Park, Celebration Park, & Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park are all within 4 - 15 minutes from the home making it the perfect home base. And if you wish to get up close & personal with some beautiful animals the Naples Zoo is only 6 minutes away!
Playing a round of 18 holes is the easy part here in Naples, the hard part is deciding which golf course to play. With the stunningly sunny weather almost all year round there are more golf courses per capita here in Naples than anywhere else in the US & you will be a stone's throw away from all of them.
