"I enjoyed easy access to the different pools and also a full moon sound bath. I would have liked our hillside room to have shades that allowed us to view outside, like a screened shade, in addition to the blackout shade for sleeping. It was sad not to have a view during the day that didn’t allow others to see completely inside the room."

"My family had the pleasure of staying at this neat dome home for Labor Day weekend 2024. The private hot springs pool is everything, that alone was worth the trip! Then you feel somehow transported to the 70's in such architectural awesomeness that is the dome. The deer, hummingbirds and chipmunks made sitting outside with a morning coffee very enjoyable. Super cute spot. "

"Well Taylor River Lodge is just absolutely amazing. "Spent 4 nights in mid-August and thoroughly enjoyed it! Katie is a gracious host, answering questions before arrival and greeting us with a quick overview when we checked in. She and her husband Curt live in the house next door, but you would never know it. Nice to know they are close by in case something is needed. "Possibly my favorite vrbo stay I can remember. The cabin is secluded, has great views and is close to several interesting sites: St. Elmo ghost town, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Cascasde falls and Agnes Veille falls to name a few. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the picnic table, sitting on the breezy patio in the evening, grilling dinner and most of all sitting in the hot tub under the starry sky."

"Our stay was an excellent experience for the entire family! This house has everything we needed to enjoy the Colorado Mountains including the fishing pond with lots of fish. The location is great for the nearby hot springs, rafting and towns of Salida and Buena Vista. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the stars after dark. If you are looking for a great place for your family to relax and un plug, this is the place to go to."

"This was the perfect home base for our guys fishing trip on the Arkansas River. It was on a beautiful property that offered seclusion on Chalk Creek yet was right in the middle of the fishing and outdoor action. Easy access to alpine lakes (we fished Hancock lake), the Arkansas River, as well as as short drive over to the South Platte to try our hand at the Dream Stream. This property was really comfortable and felt like home."

The blinds on the skylight were broken sovto much sun came in and the bedroom was hot ,when asked the management for a fan ,they said they couldn't provide one. They also didnt fix the blinds or clean the mouse poop or put traps out. Nothing at all. Dead bugs everywhere and cobwebs and dust. The grill was without propane and very ,very dirty.
