"We were looking for something away from the crowds and outside of Moab. This cabin is situated in a tiny community of cabins about 25 minutes outside of town. It is easy to access with a regular vehicle. The cabin is nice with beautiful views. Plenty of space with a nice kitchen. The only downside is that the beds need an upgrade."

"This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!"

"The cabin built in the 1950s is the original homestead of the land. Nice size for family of 2 to 4. Was chilly in the mornings but warmed up quickly. Was surprised to find a was in an RV park. Laundry facility is new and noce. "

"Property was exactly like advertised. Very clean and office was helpful. Good amenities with coffee maker, kitchen supplies, etc. Some updates could be done, particularly in bathroom, but everything was suitable. View of mountains from back patio was amazing. I like the privacy the back fence provided. There is a lot of highway noise, but the air conditioner drowned out that noise inside the cabin. "

"This is a great place to hang out with old friends in between visiting all of the local attractions. Our group were all over 70, 9-11 people who could all fit around the big kitchen table for meals and especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch."

"My husband and I stayed 4 nights in the minor’s cabin 3. We thought it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was exactly what we needed while in the area to visit Canyonlands, Arches, and Goblin Valley. We spent all day at the parks hiking and exploring. It was great to come back to the quiet cabin on the outskirts of the main part of Moab. We were just far enough away from the crowds but not too far. The bedroom bathroom and closet were small but perfect for 2. We watched the flat screen...
