Unwind after a long day of adventuring in Moab in this spacious corner townhome, while enjoying the views of the red rock cliffs and La Sal Mountains from the patio and throughout the home. The downstairs features the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom. While the upstairs has two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full-size bathroom, and a loft with a sofa.
This home is minutes away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Old Spanish Trail Arena, La Sal Mountains, and Dead Horse Point State Park. There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the townhome.
In the evenings and downtime, you can relax in the hot tub and pool or cozy up to the living room fireplace! The complex also offers basketball and tennis courts and a playground for the kids!
Enjoy some R&R time on the private patio and use the outside gas grill to cook some of your favorite meals, while also staying connected during your stay by using our high-speed WIFI!

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Parking
There is parking in the two-car garage (19 Feet in Depth / 6 Feet 9 Inches in Height) and additional parking spaces are near the unit. For overflow/additional parking for Jeeps, RZRs, trailers or other vehicles, Meador Drive is the main street leading into the complex which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have in their party.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering the pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
