"Had an incredibly pleasant stay at this place. It feels very private but has a beautiful view of the ocean. The amenities including the hot tub, sauna, bike, and fire pit were thoroughly enjoyable and added very positively to the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The host provided welcome instructions in a timely manner and included nearby recommendations for local restaurants and sights. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution....

"This rental was great! Rental was for the 2nd floor of the house, with the third floor being another rental. The front portion of the house (which faces the ocean) is a nonprofit art museum open to the public (Miwok Gallery) The rental was extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. There is on demand hot water and lots of windows. All in all, this was a great experience and I would look to rent again if I’m ever in the area. "

"I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!"

"This place was incredible! The pool table and arcade games were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained for hours. The home was so spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was pristine and fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was spotless, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. We loved the:Location, about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to be, close to easy buses and trains, a guaranteed parking spot, a park down the street, and a Trader Joe’s within walking distance.
