"The location is good - out of the hustle and bustle of Olgunquit, but close to O and to Portland. Close to beaches. The outdoor pool and fire pit were great. There were lots of amenities at the hotel, but we didn’t know about some until the last night- (indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, gas grills.) We would have loved to take advantage of them! "Perfect location and easy overall process. Only reasons I knocked off a star - no shovel for clearing the snow to the car, listing didn’t say kcups so we bought ground coffee we couldn’t use, and the toilet runs in one of the bathrooms when the opposite bathroom shower is running. Little things considering the overall experience. "

"Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. "It was a nice property. Have been spending time in the summer up there for 40+ years. This property was clean, had everything I needed, and perfect location to beach and ‘downtown’. Can’t complain about any of it. Communication was good and check in was easy. If I had to say anything maybe a dehumidifier? I think that of all the places I stay up there. Other than that is what fine! "
