If you aren't familiar with this area, this is the place to be! Walking distance to everything you need on 2nd and Broadway. I missed this slice of paradise! "

"The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all. "

"Well what can I say!! This place is amazing. It’s comfortable, spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, convenient to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area was gorgeous and great after a day of sightseeing. Jenny was the perfect host and provided us with brilliant check in videos of where to park and how to find the apartment. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. An absolute gem of a place. "

"This is a very cute place, very close to 2nd street and a ten minute walk to the beach. My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend visiting family. It is very cute and clean. Only a few issues - but they were addresed quickly. It was an “excessive heat warning” all weekend and the portable AC unit was ok but definitely took a day to cool things off. We lost power Sunday morning and the instructions were incorrect for the breaker box because the la el had fallen off the outside unit. However...

"We enjoyed our time in the LA area with a large family of 8, and this home was a great place for us to gather. Lots of space for our group to spread out as needed but also gather together. The outside courtyard is lovely and such a nice spot to hang out!! It's a beautiful home, as you can see in the pictures, and it's accurate in description (although no TV outside anymore). Little details could have been better- there are some parts of the house that could use a small repair, the kitchen isn't...
