"We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The little town is charming and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and pubs. Other places of interest and beauty and fun were short drives from the studio. The farmers market in town on Sunday was terrific. We were told there’s usually more activity...

"The view was so good I never turned the TV on once during my stay! I was in town for a wedding and having such a clean, comfy, convenient, and well-apportioned accommodation only added to the joy of the occasion. This is an add-on to the host's residence and it was a comfort to know they were nearby while I was able to enjoy my complete privacy. "

"This was a great rental in the heart of Beacon. Situated on main street we could walk to almost everything. Well outfitted apartment with all the amenties down to a white noise machine. Great to be able to do a load of laundry right on the apartment. Definitely would rent again. Host was super responsive."

"Lovely location, conveniently situated next to West Point. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay for homecoming weekend or simply visiting the area. Added convenience is its close proximity to the local bakery (repeat customer) and the pizza place wherein I think my kids did indeed lick their plates clean."
