Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. "Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "

"House & location description bang on. It is very isolated but Tesco delivered to us so wasn't an issue.We had a big family Christmas of 26/28 & the house worked well. There is good quality bedding & all the cutlery, plates, glasses & cooking equipment needed. There are 2 x dishwashers, washing machines & tumble dryers. There is a large, main house cottage.Wifi worked pretty well considering the amount of people using it at once!Hot tub was paid for separately but we could owas ofcloudy."

"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. "We had a lovely stay at Bevan house, visiting the area to attend a wedding. The house was large and well equipped and the hit tub was really fantastic. Absolutely no issues at all and the property was clean and located in a beautiful spot. Very minor but couldn't find any scissors, other than this, no suggestions for improvement at all"

"Three generations get-together to celebrate Christmas at last! All bedrooms ensuite were good, loads of logs supplied for wonderful logburner, AGA cooking in this old farmhouse. Hot tub was fun. Right on the famous Offa's trail for walkers and explorers. It was great to have free run of the farm - the littl'uns loved the tractor and the sheep. Mind your heads on the low beamed doors. It's a homely place to stay, well kitted out and obviously much-loved."
