"A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat."

"Exceeded all expectations. The property is beautiful, cosy, and perfectly set up for large groups. More bathrooms/ensuites than you can count, comfy linen, stocked kitchen, and a table big enough for all guests to enjoy dinner together. "Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "

"We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. The house itself has loads of fun activities and the location is amazing. Ideal for big celebrations and parties. Would highly recommend and would stay again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night break. The cottage is one of the nicest we've stayed in, really well equipped and with some lovely, thought-out homely touches e.g. lovely reed difusers, Helpful laundry basket and sweet key hooks. Would definitely visit gin!"

"Nice secure spot up a lane away from the road so happy leaving mountain bikes overnight.Small but really nice layout with great shower and kitchenette area. Bed was too small in both directions (I'm 6ft tall) and sofa bed very uncomfortable for my son, so none of us slept very well.Nice garden and dog friendly.Would definitely book again but only if the bed situation is improved"

"We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear."
