Rare location! Walk-out access to the Tropical Pool and Baytowne Wharf! A few minutes ride to the beach on the complimentary Tram.
This newly updated studio offers walk out access to the tropical swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room and family bbq area. The Baytowne Wharf is literally a few steps away! Tram service to the beach is conveniently located just outside the building front door.

This stylish studio comfortably sleeps four with a king bed, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, and an HDTV. There is a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. New wood flooring and furnishings enhance the coastal vibe. A fully stocked kitchenette offers a mini-refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the patio courtyard and enjoy a lovely view of the tropical pool, hot tub, and lush landscaping. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a coin operated laundry room available in the building next door, and wifi is complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House Restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the Resort, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses. Be our guest and enjoy convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location, along with world class accommodations!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Perfect couple getaway
The studio had everything we needed! The room is in a great location, just a few steps away from the pool and gym. We walked to restaurants and shops, then rode our bikes to the beach. Looking forward to staying at the studio again soon.

Great Studio!
We stayed in this room for one week with our 2-year-old, and it was great. Very clean and quite spacious for a studio. The couch mattress is terrible, but when are they not? So I wouldn’t count on that as a legitimate sleeping option, personally. But it has a king size bed, which was wonderful. Smart Tv, small fridge. No freezer. Patio is large and walks straight out to pool. Bathroom was great as well.

Wonderful!
Great space, just enough room for us two! As shown in pic! Loved to just walk out back to pool! The location was right next to the entrance to Baytowne Wharf of which we just loved! Only negative was for me was ceiling fan and door to a/c was very dusty. We ended up not running the fan.

Great location and very nice room. Steps to the gym, pool, and hot tub. Right by the wharf so you can walk to everything. Had a small issue with the shower handle and they offered to fix it right away. Check in and out was an easy process. Would definitely recommend.

The Awesome 318 Studio Bungalow 🤗
My husband & I couldn’t have been more pleased with this Studio at Baytown. It was just steps away from the pool. We thought we were closer to our family in the same complex but they stayed in another complex with their family so we had to always meet up with them. The reservations were not clear on their part. My husband is handicapped so the distance he had to walk to get down to the entrance & Many steps out the back studio door were strenuous for him. We know next time to reserve handicap accessibility. It was a beautiful room.

Great location, quiet and family friendly
Loved our stay! Steps away from the pool yet once you are in the room you can barely hear the pool crowd. My family enjoyed our stay here. The space was tight for a family of 4 but everything else made it balance out nicely. Shopping, restaurants are super close. Cute little condo and the owners had fast communication and answered all questions. Would definitely stay again!

Poorly maintained room and complex
The rental was filthy and gross which was consistent with the overall facility. Nearly impossible to find a vacant parking spot in the garage which had very tight/tiny spaces. We had to side step trash and spills all over the garage floor in all directions. Hated to set our bags down while we tried to unload. The bed linens had stains on them, no pillowcases for the soiled, extra pillows in the closet. The bathroom had mold in bath tub and the wash stand had product, grime from previous guests running down it. The front door and knob had makeup or some type of oily smudges all over it. Dust/dirt buildup on trim and baseboards. Outlet by the bed doesn’t work. Hallways and elevators looked the same and there was musty, fishy smell throughout. The back patio and outdoor furniture was covered in green/brown mold and in no way suitable for use. I have plenty of pictures if the property manager would like to see them.
