The dining area provides seating for four with a high-top table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cookware, dinnerware, utensils, sharp knives, sturdy silverware, wine glasses, blender, toaster, ice maker, crockpot, regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. A starter kit is also provided including a roll of paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods.
The Master Bedroom features a comfortable king bed facing a 50" mounted, flat screen, Smart tv also overlooking the pool common area. The bathroom features a large tub great for soaking and plenty of towels and wash clothes with a starter kit of essentials.

The bayside has a gorgeous marina where you can enjoy some good fishing, the delicious Marina Bar & Grill restaurant with live entertainment, paddle boarding, kayaking, or renting beach cruisers. Everything is literally just walking distance from the condo or just a short ride a way.
A gated, underground parking garage is also provided as well as a fitness center; making it easy for you to stick to your routine. Starter packs are provided including shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will be required to replenish these items yourself.
Cleaning procedures, we want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, and backs of kitchen chairs) before each check-in. Please be rest assured that all towels and linens are washed along with the quilt and blankets. All pillows, mattresses, and box spring also have encasements for your protection.
