Parking:
No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking area. If you have rented during a high-volume timeframe (for instance, July 4th), it is possible that the garage will fill up fast. There are additional parking spaces in Lots 1 and Lots 2 (all gates are accessed by the same QR code).
Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it.
Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email your registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate.
This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way.
Directions to underground parking: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight right at the roundabout. Continue for about 1 more mile, until you see a large sign for Hotel Effie. Take a left, at the sign, onto Grand Sandestin Boulevard. Keep to the right and pass the Grand Sandestin Hotel. Stay to the right once more and you will see the underground parking garage on your left.
Once you are in the garage, follow the overhead hanging signs for Lasata parking (to the left). You may park in any spot labeled Lasata. There are elevators in the garage that will take you to the floor housing your vacation rental.
Other details to note:
Lasata's entry doors are locked from 11pm to 7am, daily. Guests will need to use the code provided (for Grand Lobby Baytowne Wharf) to gain entry during that time frame.
Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes at the front entrance of the Grand Sandestin. If a tram does not stop at the designated area within 21 minutes, feel free to ask a representative at Grand Sandestin’s Front Desk staff for assistance. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.
