"Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house is so beautiful! The kids loved the playground. We all loved making s’mores at the fire pit. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 9. The house is in a private wooded area with the river across the road. You can not see the neighbors once you are on the property. It was only 20 minutes away from downtown Lake George. We are definitely planning on staying at this house again next time we go on vacation. "

"Coffee pot was not cleaned, 2 nd floor full bed has an old mattress and they said that they rolled into the middle. It’s an overall nice woodsy cabin. We would stay there again knowing what we’re in store for. A very fair price, with an excellent location to lake George and Gore mountain. Dogs welcome is a plus also "

"What an amazing place to stay, was pleasantly surprised at how much the home had to offer with the upper and lower level there was plenty of room for the family to move about and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing too, the property owners were great and very efficient the one time we had a question they were right there to help us out. Definitely a place we will come back to next year. "If you are looking for a place to stay to ski at Gore Mountain, this is the place. The drive to the mountain was super easy and is only 18 minutes away. The house itself is a bit dated but charming. The house has everything you need in it. towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. The doors are solid wood with latches instead of door knobs.
