"Nous sommes restés 4 nuits le personnel est plutôt agréable et à l’écoute l’hôtel est très propre et la piscine agréable Il n’est pas possible de se baigner devant l’hôtel et c’est un mauvais rapport qualité prix pour plus de 50 euros la nuit la chambre est très peu équipée même pas une chaise ! Il y a bien une fenêtre mais vu sur un couloir dommage ! "There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. "If you don't enjoy city life and want to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, this place is perfect. Although it's a bit far from the beach, they do provide transportation. The ambiance is soul-soothing, with a pleasant morning breeze, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere. You'll enjoy the perfect sight of mountain hills on one side and the sea on the other. "The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. "

"A beautiful property. The pool was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly! The room was huge. Older property. But the bed was comfortable (memory foam). Coffee maker in the room. No safe. "The hotel room and service were good. Breakfast was good too! The only setback in staying on the ground floor is the noise coming from the hotel neighbor at the back of the property.Their music was too loud at the time of our stay."
