"This was my third visit 3 years running staying and diving at Blue Ribbon. They have everything right for a relaxed, but safe, diving vacation. The rooms are fine and everything is convenient. You walk a few meters from your room to eat and not many more to dive. The resort has a friendly family feel to it and the staff were all fabulous. "Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. Wish I had booked dive in advance - they didn't have availability for beginner by the time I showed up. Notes on White Beach area: - good LTE service - known for night life, water activities, etc. If you want more quiet, western resort style, sabang is better area. - 20 minute ride to town, i.e. the closest ATM."
