Conveniently located just north of the Broadkill River and only one block from the community's beachfront access to Delaware Bay, this quaint beach bungalow offers the perfect home base for a truly unforgettable coastal escape! This two-story home away from home borders the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and beautiful open beaches at the mouth of the Delaware Bay where you can enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, surf fishing, and bonfires on the beach.

Upon entering this air-conditioned beauty, you are greeted by the large four-season sunroom featuring casement windows that flood the space with natural light and fresh air. Walk through the sliding glass doors to enter the home's main living area offering a beautifully decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. Once mealtime is over, retreat to the living area where you can lounge to your heart's content while streaming entertaining shows and movies on the smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The staircase leads you up to the second floor where you will discover two additional bedrooms.

As for outdoor living, the home boasts an extensive deck with multiple seating, offering a fantastic spot to take in the views and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Additional perks include an outdoor shower, high-speed WiFi, a stacked washer/dryer, and a gas grill.

Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
