Enter into a grand foyer with vaulted ceilings beaming with natural light, and allow the stunning space to take your breath away. The meticulously designed floor plan features an inviting interior with perfectly designated spaces flowing seamlessly for friends and family to enjoy versatility at its best; never miss a beat as you transition from family room to wet bar, gaming area, dining and a custom eat-in kitchen.

As your eye takes in the splendor, your attention immediately shifts towards the terrace boasting a resort-style pool and Jacuzzi with lush tropical landscaping making for a private retreat and unforgettable getaway. Lounging poolside never looked so good, whether hosting or just relaxing, the choice is yours with endless possibilities. During the day, enjoy the South Florida sunshine with your favorite cocktails, work up a sweat by trying your hand on the ping-pong table or shooting hoops and as the sun begins to set, take it all in by soaking in the spa as you consider your plan for the evening. Fire up the grill and enjoy Alfresco dining where privacy is a must or enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the Magic City, you decide!

Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring

Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.

Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.

Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.
1. Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided please use them. Zero tolerance with Smoking inside the house. If anything is found in property, the owner reserves the right to forfeit the entire damage deposit. Smoking inside the house is a $ 1,000.00 Fine penalty !

2. Any gathering of more than 20 guests will be the loss of entire Security deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the Stay. Parties are expressly forbidden.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property.

4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses

7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.

8. Garbage: Any garbage must be stored in the proper garbage, located at the side of the house by the Driveway. Regular garbages ( Green Bins ) are picked up on Monday and Thursday early morning please put the Bins out the night before. Failure in putting out bins, causing excess trash and bulk pick up may incur a $100 fee per bin.

9. Pool: When using the Pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The pool company comes every Mondays and Thursdays mostly before noon. Swim at your own risk. We decline all responsibilities. After 10PM please be mindful of the local noise / Neighbors ordinance when using Pool and Jacuzzi.

10. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep doors closed at all times!

11. Cameras: For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim.

12. Gate remote: any lost or missing Gate remote will be charged $200.

13. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.

14. Photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.

15. No street parking allowed at all times. Parking only on the property. Maximum cars 5

Perfect Work Retreat

The management team communicates with you really well and they were very accommodating with us to let us check in significantly early in order to decorate for a bachelorette party. Our stay at Villa Crest could not have been more enjoyable. Both Matt and J were lovely and extremely accommodating.
