The Space:
This 1,000 sq ft | 93 sq m 1BR/1.5BA luminous and spacious property in a luxury boutique complex has been recently renovated with high-end furniture and appliances in a style that creates the ideal modern art deco stay.

The main living area of the property is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to 2 expansive, wrap-around terraces featuring views of sunrises and sunsets.

There are marble floors throughout, an open floor concept, and a quartz island countertop is just the icing on the cake of the fabulous location of the property.

The main spaces of the property :

- Two SITTING AREAS in the open-floor space that is extra luminous thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to a private balcony.

- SITTING ROOM AREA 1 features two fashionable sofas that surround a small coffee table.

- SITTING ROOM AREA 2 is outfitted with a large sofa and two armchairs that face a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with premium cable channels.

- On the PRIVATE BALCONY, you’ll find chairs, a table, and sun loungers for relaxing at home with a beverage and a book.

- The KITCHEN is equipped with high-end Miele appliances for preparing meals at home. Plus, a Keurig coffee maker for those morning perk-ups.

- There's a BREAKFAST BAR at the quartz countertop with 3 stools where you can enjoy a meal or it can double as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

- 1 BEDROOM with a king-sized bed, 1 full BATHROOM & a half bath to accommodate 2 guests.

- The bedroom has a built-in desk and comfortable chair that makes for a laptop-friendly workspace, great for a remote worker. This room also has direct access to a private balcony.

- There is a WASHER and DRYER in the unit for added convenience.

You also have access, with your daily resort fee, to luxury amenities onsite like the rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, Zen garden, private beach, beach chairs, towels, and complimentary beach sports and games.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of South Beach, along the famed Collins Avenue, with the ocean as your neighbor and the sultry vibes of this alluring beach city just outside your window.

The building is unique in that it offers spectacular unobstructed views of the beach and overlooks beautiful Collins Park, where the renowned Bass Museum is located.

Collins Avenue is lined with boutique shops making this area a shopaholic’s paradise and it’s close to shopping and dining meccas like Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.

And just a short ride to Miami Downtown, Brickell, and the up-and-coming and fashionable Wynwood.

The property is about 10.8 mi | 17.3 km from the Miami International Airport (MIA). It’s suggested you check your mobile map apps for the driving time as traffic varies. If you’re not renting a car, there are ride-share services available, like Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
The property is equipped with NoiseAware, a noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.

There are also surveillance cameras on the property for your safety and security. There are none inside the property .

We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner & toilet paper. However, these are not replenished.

The rooms at this complex have different owners, and some rentals are run by outside agencies and not by the owner themselves. Just keep this in mind when you are inquiring or making requests about something at the property.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged at an additional charge.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

The hotel offers covered parking with fee with in & out privileges.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the property , and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $2000 USD penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. The property is equipped with NoiseAware, an indoor/outdoor noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters are required to provide a government ID and sign a rental agreement prior to the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It is a self-check-in property but first, you must check in with reception (it’s 24/7) and get the key. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
