Amazing stay
Our group could not have had a more wonderful time during our trip. The house was perfect for everything we needed. Plenty of space and beds, clean rooms and house and just an overall perfect stay.

Quiet stay with lots to do on property
The two houses were very similar in having multiple queen beds in almost every room so despite some odd layout choices (ie bedrooms inside bedrooms or gamerooms) there was plenty of room for prob 20+ to all have their own beds. The amenities were great Altho the Pool is a little smaller than I thought or would have liked and there were not as many kitchen/cooking accessories as we wanted. Everything was updated and clean when (an hour after) we arrived. The host was communicative but it felt a bit distant, not sure how else to describe it. Property really does feel like a private oasis but is so close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again with group of fun adults, couples with teen age kids, or college+

Great for our stay
Great property. We loved being on one level. With the two houses we had plenty of space and would meet up during the day for meals. The property is close to shopp restaurants and other amenities. Close enough to the water. Loved it.

Enjoyed
Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc were very clean. All indoor spaces were well maintained. Outdoor furniture just needed to be cleaned/replaced. Backyard swing and the hammocks had possible mildew from the rain and from being outside. Myself and guest enjoyed the stay!
