• There is a $40 per day + TAX resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs and has to be paid at the Hotel upon check-in. Please be advised that the beach services were temporarily relocated. It will take approximately 10 10-minute walk along the beach to get to the amenities.
• The Resort also charges a security deposit of $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.
• Paid valet parking is provided by the Hotel ($38.38, credit card only).

Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.
The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

Broward County Transit (BCT): Provides bus services around Hollywood and the greater Broward County area. There are several bus stops along Ocean Drive, connecting guests to key destinations like Aventura Mall, Downtown Hollywood, and other nearby attractions.
