This open-concept loft mirrors a one-bedroom layout without partitions, featuring ten-foot ceilings and large sliding doors. The balcony offers a view of Miami's skyline, and the queen bed promises a restful sleep.
PLEASE NOTE: The building permits only monthly stays, necessitating an application for finalizing reservations. Each booking undergoes a review by the building management. Upon reservation, we'll forward the required building application.

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.
★ SAFETY:
Compliance with CDC cleaning standards, thorough disinfection, and exterior surveillance cameras for security.
★ EXTRAS:
We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels after 10:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
