7 days and more - $22.5+tax/day;

Parking is $33+tax/day;

7 days and more - $15+tax/day;
28 days and more - $9+tax/day;

Cancelation Policy: Relaxed - 100% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. Except the cancellation fee of $300.00 charged for all cancellations.

Credit card & ID must match the name on the reservation. Hyde will hold an authorization of $110 per night to cover incidentals. The deposit will be released immediately upon checkout and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on the account, depending on the bank.
ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guests. I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my safety and that of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities, including the swimming pool.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.

Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left.

The minimum rental age is 25 years old.

Credit card & ID must match the name on the reservation or accompanying guest to check-in. Hyde will hold an authorization of $110 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon checkout and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank.

We pre-authorize a $1000 security deposit on your method of payment, which will be released within 3 business days after checkout. This is not a hard charge, and your credit card will not be charged if no issues are found after checkout.

As per the City of Hollywood, Chapter 100 Noise Ordinance Rules are strictly enforced. No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No after-hour noise will be tolerated.

The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is $300.
