"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"Our stay was just ok. The apartment was fresh & clean. The beds were comfortable and fresh also. There were no tickets issued, no way to get tickets at the Arboretum when we got there. We were laughed at when we said we had free tickets through VRBO. Maybe the person we talked to was not aware or maybe we were scammed. "We had the best say! The house is furnished, so pretty. The upstairs bedroom, with the 3 beds separated by curtains. It was just my husband and I so really didn’t matter. Benito was wonderful to work with last year. I thought I had rented it for our stay, but I actually rented it for the year ahead. Bonito got us where we could stay in it for our trip. The house is amazing. The manager is wonderful! My husband and I are looking forward to next year to stay in it again! . Thanks Benito"

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Very spacious bedrooms with a great view of downtown Dallas, free secure garage parking, comes with the usual dishwasher, washer / dryer combo, fridge and coffee maker. I do wish there was coffee. However, just across the street is Lorenzos where you can get great coffee and breakfast in the morning. This location is very convenient to downtown for business purposes. You can actually walk (except when it is very hot or very cold). Given the opportunity, I will stay here again. "

Could have used more than one (1) wine glass & unfortunately the elevator was inoperable but Danielle did tell us where the working elevator was located.
