"Our stay at Whispering Pines was great! It was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. My only issue was that we had no cell phone service. This is in no way a negative for the property! We have Verizon and could only get service if we drove into town. If you are needing to check in at home daily as we were, it would be an issue. That being said we would still stay here again!"

"We stayed here with 10 kids and 6 adults. It was AMAZING! There was adventure for the kids around the property, campfires to be had, and serene spaces for the adults. The house was sprawling so the kids could easily be having a loud silly time on one side of the house, while the adults talked in the kitchen. I’m not sure that this would be as relaxing with toddlers, but with school aged kids and teenagers it was FANTASTIC! We hiked to the swimming hole. The kids put on plays. It was so so nice....

It is so hard to find a VRBO where a wheelchair can access every part of the house and use all the doors! We will...

"The couch was terrible. Needs to be replaced and the beds were pretty but when you laid down you could feel the metal slats. Not comfortable. Also one of the beds needs to be King. We would love to come back if these items were taken care of."

"This stay was nothing short of amazing! While it was a quick trip- we couldn't have asked for anything more...besides more time there, which Kerri (owner) did offer. Kerri was BEYOND helpful and so so sweet! She literally thought of everything for her guests...EVERYTHING. The outside firepit was such a nice way to relax at the end of the day. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further!"
