"This property/cabin was beyond perfect! Beautiful views, peaceful sounds and completely private and secluded. We fell in love with every part of it as well as the surrounding areas. So easy to get to anything we needed or wanted and perfect if you just want to chill. I loved sitting on the porch listening to the river run by and oh my the nature wildlife!! Will definitely be booking again many times!!!"

"House was very clean. Great secluded location. Loved seeing the cows and their babies. No cell service in area, but satellite wifi at house is very good. Bring muck boots to walk property to avoid stepping in poo. Bring food with you, not much in area to purchase food and drink. It is within 45 minutes of The Devil's Bathtub, Natural Tunnel State Park, Appalachian Caverns, & Bass Pro Shop."

"My wife and I wanted to stay in a place where we could travel to several nice mountain towns in one trip. For us this location was perfect for that and the apartment itself was just the right size for her, our dog, and myself. "

"Enjoyed the stay. The owner's communication was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the surrounding Tri City area. Cleanliness and decor of the property are excellent. Due to the weather, I was not able to interact with the animals, but perhaps next time! "

"We had a great stay."

"We are 3 friends who love crafting, sewing, quilting, and relaxing. This weekend was about taking time to unwind and heal from life’s demands. Abingdon was about half way between our respective hometowns. Regina is the best host! She has renovated and decorated this cabin to perfection! Plenty of space and comforts abound along with visual reminders to keep it simple. We will be back!"

"Property was perfect for my group and our needs. Would definitely use them again!"

"The house was perfect for our stay, with two separate living spaces (upstairs and down), spacious kitchen and open floor plan and the views! Sunrises over the lake and an awesome screened porch. We will stay here again! The hosts were kind to decorate with a tree and other Christmas decor. "

"Visiting on laws for Thanksgiving and usually we stay in a hotel but since they are elderly and no longer up for cooking, I decided to rent a home so they could come over to eat. This house was perfect…it was 5 mins from their house. My husband l, daughter, and I had everything we needed and check in was easy. I verified with the owner that it was ok for the family to come over for the meal and they said it was ok. House had more than I expected-pots, pans, etc and it was just what I needed. Got...

"Spent Thanksgiving with family in the area. House was comfortable and convenient to Abingdon. Exactly as advertised."

"It was awesome. The owner was very friendly and welcoming to his home. It was perfect for our family. This was my Moms first trip away since my Dads recent passing and things couldn't have been more peaceful and calming. Just what we needed. The home was nice and clean, and very cozy. The property was just gorgeous!! Thank you so much for sharing your home."
