"Nice house, not a great neighborhood. "

"We had a great stay - the house was great for 2 couples. The only negative was the leaking shower in the master but the owners are aware of it and have a sign up. The lake was so serene and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked the layout of the house."

"There were a few hiccups but, the owner took care of things quickly!"

"This home was everything we hoped for! When you walk in the view of the lake is breathtaking! The house was clean and provided everything we needed. What a great way to spend Christmas with family. We made a lot of new memories to cherish!"

"We've been going to the Charlotte area for a decade or so to visit family. We are not "city folk" so we try to stay out of the big city as much as possible. Because of that, this place is a perfect location. The cottage is in the charming little city of Belmont and sits back a bit from the road to provide a little more privacy. We love the fact that within a mile or two there are lots of great places to eat, shop, and go walking. We loved going to Lofton Riverfront Park and watching the...

"Loved setting, house was very comfortable, 2 living areas (very nice for reading), 2 HUGE porches (one screened). Trails to walk with dogs. The most clearly labeled instructions I've seen (all switches were labeled), nice supply of cooking dishes, firewood was provided for firepit on beach."

"Please check your backyard fencing. Staying on public sidewalk facing the front door, the front right corner of the fence was down. My dogs found their way out. Could you please add a few wine glasses to your kitchen supplies? Would you consider added a couple of chairs and table to the backyard? The backyard is a great place to sit and enjoy a late afternoon. Thank you"

"My husband and I and son traveled down to meet our son and daughter n law who live nearby. We had a wonderful stay at the lake house, beautiful view and fishing from the dock, apartment was super nice and modern and had awesome central air which was great after spending the day out in the warm sun!! The hosts were friendly and helpful! Great area too!! "

"This was a great stay! Very central and convenient to anything we wanted to do. The property was clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely be back."

"We had a family of 8 (4Adults & 4 kiddos [12,11,8, &2] and it accommodated us very well. We had a quick 3 day stay. We were able to relax in a clean and quiet neighborhood. We visited Camp North End, Freedom Park, Concord Mills Mall and just enjoyed playing waffle ball in the backyard. Our property host was very kind and attentive. When we go back, we hope the space will be available again. We give it 10 stars! 🌟"

Good option for travellers

"Hotel is close to airport and always full of people. Reception is friendly and professional. I got last floor, but there is only one elevator, far from my room. If you have luggage, ask for a ground floor."
