"This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!"

"We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. "We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata. "The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....
