"This villa was absolutely amazing with amazing views. The host was so helpful and kind. We have never stayed anywhere where they treated us so well. Everyday they left us a gift, fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries to take on the road. We only had 3 days but we all wished we had more time there. We had 3 couples and it was perfect with the outdoor area and pool! Highly recommend!"

"Abbiamo trascorso tre settimane molto belle a “I Carrubi”. La casa è ben arredata e molto pulita. La posizione è perfetta, immersa nella tranquillità sotto alti pini marittimi, con una splendida vista sul mare vicino. Siamo stati fortunati a poter utilizzare la piscina della casa vicina, dato che non era occupata.La comunicazione tramite WhatsApp con la signora Stefania, la proprietaria, è stata sempre cordiale e rapida, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. "Für fünf Tage waren zu Gast bei Liana. Schon vor der Reise war die Kontaktaufnahme sehr gut. Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben und wir fühlten uns sehr sehr wohl. Ausserordentlich gut war die Küche eingerichtet, alles hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet. Das kochen machte Spass. Aber der Clou war der Garten. Liana hat viel mit Licht gearbeitet und wunderschön dekoriert. Wir sassen abends draussen und genossen die Ilumination. Wunderschön. Die Wanderungen, die wir in den Bergen von Potenza...

"We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't fault it. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Angela was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions of where to visit and where to eat. We travelled to many of the villages and towns she recommended and loved Basilicata. "The La Villetta Xenia house and property were beautiful and easy driving access to see all that Matera has to offer. We were a party of 7 adults and the accomodations were great. bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The only downside was that we only had 2 bathrooms for 7 people. The other bathrooms were all locked. If I stayed again I would specify what was needed. We did just fine with the 2 bathrooms anyway. I would definitely recommed this VRBO to larger groups and would stay here again....
