"On the good side, the location was even better than anticipated. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and directions to enter were good enough. In the unit, the kitchen and living room were nice and spacious, as pictured. Most convenience items were supplied. However, we were disappointed with the pervasive mildewy old house smell. "Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend. I was pleased to find a place at such short notice and at a reasonable price. This place did not disappoint! It is brand new, had everything that we needed; including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and linens. We were close to downtown Vineyard Haven. We were sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there, but would definitely come back again....
