"Nice inn with comfortable and clean units. Not spectacular, but it's one of the few affordable places on the island. Some people might be put off by the location, a mile south of Oaks Bluff. But it's got Noman's, a great restaurant with live music, and it's right on the bus line. Also you can walk 15 minutes to the beach. Units not soundproof, you can here some noise from your neighbors. Great pool and tennis courts."

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. Nice unit but could benefit from some small amenities added inside like peg racks for coats and towels, blackout curtains (patio lights on 24/7 lit up our room at night thru big picture window, we unscrewed bulb after 2nd night), shelf space in bathroom and some additional basic kitchen things like S&P, basic spices, aluminum foil and reynolds wrap.
