Tucked into a palm tree-lined neighborhood on the southwest side of Marco Island, this home is just minutes to white sand beaches and plenty of water sports in the wide open ocean. But it's also conveniently situated just a few miles from a supermarket, gas station, and retail shops along San Marco Road.

Step inside this home to feel at ease in its comfortable breeziness, featuring spacious rooms with tiled floors, ocean-inspired decor adorning the walls and surfaces, and Florida-colored furnishings. Kick off your sandals to relax in the living area or den, where cable-equipped televisions provide the afternoon entertainment. (Please note that TV channels are limited, and that overcast weather can affect the signal.)

A screened-in pool welcomes days of splashing around under the sun or relaxing poolside to work on your tan. And just beyond it sits a private dock - perfect for driving up a boat or casting a line into the waters below.

When your group gets hungry, head into the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a homemade feast. Use its updated appliances, spacious countertops, and variety of cookware to grill up your fresh catch.

And when the main course is ready, eat together at the six-seat table inside or dine with views of the pool and dock in the sunroom connected to the living area. You could even enjoy a meal in full sun at the poolside table.

Up to six guests are accommodated in three bedrooms. There is a king bed in the primary suite and two double beds in each of the other rooms.

In the morning, wake with a fresh cup of coffee from the kitchen coffeemaker, and get ready for a new day of adventures. Ready for some road trips? Lace up your hiking boots for the trails at Collier-Seminole State Park (12 miles east), rent a kayak to explore Keewaydin Island (22 miles northwest), or stroll through lush gardens of tropical flora at the Naples Botanical Garden (16 miles northwest).

But if you'd rather just spend the day at the beach - it IS Florida after all - Tigertail Beach, one of the state's most beautiful beaches and a great place to find shells of all varieties, is less than three miles northwest.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
