"Our first room was very dusty when we arrived, there was hair on the floor, the window would not lock and our TV did not work. When we called the front desk they placed us in a different room which was much cleaner and nicer. They were accommodating and friendly throughout the process. Lovely resort and staff."

"We stay at a lot of properties each year. You can tell from the minute you pull into the parking lot that the owners and staff take great pride in this location. "The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. "Very very clean rooms and spotless linens. I was so impressed earlier this week with my stay I came back for a few extra days! *I do want to acknowledge all the staff here, they are excellent and very helpful if there is a problem. I personally saw them catch a very large wolfhound/dog that some idiot guest left in their room all day unattended and the dog managed to open the door latch and escape. "Staff is very friendly and professional. We arrived very late our first night, and the sheets on one of the beds had stains on it. We notified the front desk in the morning and they we very apologetic and changed the sheets. However, I asked that there be some sort of compensation, as it was quite unpleasant. I never did get an answer, was just told the manager would be notified. So that was a bit frustrating. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights but we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were warm enough to enjoy. There is a nice fire pit in the pool area. "Well lit property. Nice lobby, and wonderful staff at the check in/out window. Very large room with a comfortable bed. Refrigerator was appreciated! Hot water in the shower was quick - hardly any wasted water waiting to heat up! Very quiet, even being close to a major 4 lane street. "
