"So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host."

"We've spent two 4th of July's at this house and absolutely love it. The location is wonderful, the property manager is very responsive, and the house is so much more than you'd expect. We spent such a lovely holiday cooking and watching the kids play in the pool. Would recommend a million times over."

"My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing! Right on the beach which is a private beach! No crowd at all! The place was a great size clean and exactly as advertised! This is the typical “beach living” style. Andrew was very responsive! He let us check in early which was so amazing! We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for everything! "

"Love this place! Very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location, two doors down from a spot to watch the sunrise over the bay and a few minutes walk to a beautiful, quiet beach! Great screened in back porch for lounging. Jason was also very responsive to my questions. We'll be back!"

"This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo! "

"First time to this part of the Gulf. It’s beautiful. We were lucky with great weather. The house was great. Furniture a bit dated but comfortable overall. The house is large and you get your steps in walking from one side to the other. The little guest house room was great as well. Updated kitchen and baths. The TVs were a challenge. "Our stay was absolutely perfect! The owner was easy to contact and extremely helpful! We stayed in suite one and it was perfect for my family! Very clean! They provided all beach accessories and water toys!! We used the kayaks in stump pass which was a short distance from the house! Super convenient! Chairs, umbrellas, life jackets... they have it all! Such a beautiful place to make memories! Will hopefully return in the future!"
