"Albert is outstanding host, responds quickly to all request and questions. The house was immaculate and has everything you need for cooking and the beach. The bed is very comfortable. Washer and dryer are brand new. The beach is private and only a few steps away, no street to cross. Great for shelling and finding shark teeth, or just relaxing. Amazing sunsets. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!"

"Property is located right in front of the beach. House is spacious. Got everything we needed like pots and plates and silverware. Also has a washer and dryer very convenient. House is outdated and we did see a few roaches. Cleanliness was not the greatest but our overall experience was great. "My husband and I spent a week at this cottage for our anniversary. Check in was easy and it was very clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for the week. Area is quiet and peaceful and we truly felt like we were in paradise. The owner was very nice and gracious and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. "We had a great stay at this property! This was our second stay on manasota key, but the first at this rental. Everything was clean and as described. The beach access is a VERY reasonable walk, about 5 minutes from the door to the water. We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed with pets as well and everyone was very comfortable!"

"This was our 2nd time staying here. It is clean and walking distance to Stump Pass Beach Park. I was not feeling well for 2 days while here and my husband tried to sleep on pull out sofa. It was so uncomfortable, he just put mattress of floor and slept there. That was really our only issue everything else was good. Has nice patio out back door."

"We were looking for a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the wild spring breakers! We were within walking distance and avoided the long car line to get into stump pass park. Rangers said that cars waited over an hour all day long to get in and we walked or biked in every time with no wait! The loacation is perfect! We looked for sea shells all day! We have never seen so many shells! Everything was great. The hosts have a very nice set up!"

"My husband and I stayed at Sea Turtle Memorial Day weekend along with our son, his wife and 20 month granddaughter. The house was comfortable, super well stocked, and spread out so you weren’t on top of each other. Terrazzo and Vinyl plank flooring is perfect for a beach house. Having a pool is a big bonus with our group. We love Manasota Key & would definitely rent this home again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this location. We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way.
