The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. "

"This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars."

"Great stay. Lots of stairs.Street parkjng unless you have a sub compact vehicle.Close to beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, transportation.Best for a couple or single person. Studio style with sleeping nook holding a queen size bed, and couch as sleeping options.Nice to have a full kitchen and washer dryer.Overall excellent place at the beach!-Amelia"

"The property was very beautiful and overall spacious. We had plenty of room for people to sleep. The view was pretty in the morning and at night. The property is very homey and feels lived in. For my gathering of 12 people the property was perfect. "

"Very comfortable and functional unit - worked well for us. We had two Yorkies with us too, and the unit is pet friendly as well."

"It's a nice place. Small but comfortable. Would stay there again. Very nice to have bikes that you can use. We took advantage of that a couple of times. It's an easy walk to the pier and easy bike to Venice Beach. The upstairs frig is very small, but there is a bigger one downstairs that you have access to so...not a big deal. Just a minor inconvenience if you're there for more than a couple of days.That said, there are few things that could be better:- The stairs are not well lit when going...
