Location of the nearest boat ramp, bait store, grocery store, available guides, etc. Also listed were the included amenities inside the house, Ice machine in the boat house. Huge fish cleaning table. "The house was very cleaned and decorated nicely. Our favorite time was, hearing the crickets and bull frogs at night singing, it was like we never left our home, so peaceful. "
