"This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. Its ideally located in Virginia wine country and in proximity to the homes of three past presidents, all of which you can visit. If you feel like shopping or eating out,...

"Great place for people of all ages. Several accommodation options. Rental of a golf cart to get around the resort was a plus. Many activities throughout the resort. Many good quality restaurants are available within a short drive. We really enjoyed wine tasting at Barboursville Winery in Barboursville, Va. Beautiful winery with knowledgeable staff. We are definitely looking forward to returning to Shenandoah Crossings in the near future. "

We were really worn out after a hard hot summer hike in Shenandoa when we arrived, so the hospitality of this hotel along with its ice cold pool, and air conditioned room was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. The Hampton inn at Zion Crossroads highly recommend it to anyone passing through , it's a clean great place with friendly staff."

It truly was a luxury experience and everyone had their own bed and bath and privacy and lots of space and lots of gathering time. We actually extended our stay by a day because it was so comfortable."
