"this lovely cottage was very comfortable and accommodating to our group (4 adults) Clean,quiet,and equipped!! Backyard view was perfect to your serenity and 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach! "This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. Other than that, it was close to perfection all the way around. Thank you again. "

"The home is very quaint and well appointed. There were many things that we could avail ourselves with. A kayak, a bike, beach chairs, greens in the garden, BBQ grill, a very nice pair of binoculars, a boogie board etc. Lots of interesting wall decorations of drawings and paintings. Close to the very nice towns of Montauk and Sag Harbor. The beach is nearby. For the ocean side we really enjoyed Hither Hills State Park."

"The room was super comfortable and well designed for the limited space available - also quiet, so we slept great. The only elevator broke down while we were there, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs a few times to reach our 5th floor room. (We saw others who had to carry very heavy luggage down the stairs). The surrounding area feels quite safe but is a bit dark and dingy. The hotel no longer offers parking, and the nearby options are sketchy, so we don’t recommend it if you’re driving...
