"We had an incredible stay at the Hamptons! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Mark and Eunyoung made us feel completely at home — they were so fun, welcoming. The house itself was spotless — extremely clean and clearly well cared for, which made it all the more comfortable. And the pool… absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sun. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town."

"Our family stayed at this quaint cottage in the North Fork. The cottage has a nice kitchen, gas fireplace, and well appointed bedrooms. I would love to visit in summer, it must be wonderful!"

"We had a wonderful stay here while visiting for a wedding. the bedrooms were both upstairs, FYI which I wasn't aware of from the listing but we made it work. The grounds were beautiful and lots of birds to enjoy. "

"Lovely little cottage in a summer community. This house is cozy and newly renovated. 2 wide screen TVs. New kitchen and bathrooms and nicely furnished rooms. Sleeps 3. Has a lovely deck. Rustic walk to the beach. We really liked it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Ken's Beach Cottage. Ken arranged a private tour at a local vineyard which we thoroughly enjoyed and communication with Ken was always quick and responsive. The cottage is very cute and the neighbors are super friendly. We look forward to visiting again next year. "

"Tuttles Point is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. I spent my summers as a child in this neighborhood, and I wanted to share my love for this area with my family. This cottage was perfect for what we needed. The view is beautiful and there is so much character in the home that you forget that you might be missing some of our modern comforts. "I went with family for a memorial celebration for a family member who had passed away. Worked out great and enjoyed the back deck & fire pit! Also, beds were comfy and open kitchen & LR were great for entertaining! Thank you Billy:)"
