"Localização ótima, atendimento da recepção também. O senhor que atende na lanchonete é extremamente antipatico, jamais deveria estar lidando com clientes. Claramente faz o que não gosta e deixa isso bem claro para os clientes. A limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar. No dia que chegamos tinha um pedaço de fio dental na porta do meu quarto que ficou lá por toda a estadia. O quarto tem o tamanho ótimo, mas as camas são pequenas e os travesseiros horríveis. Na nossa última noite 4 meninos ficaram...

"Perfect place for a large get-together. Called Susan a couple of times with questions when we were there. She responded back immediately and couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. There was also a handyman that helped with questions and who was also very helpful with my dumb issues.The place was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. "I arrived at the hotel around 11am and did not expect to get a room until 3-4pm, but my room was ready so I could check in and get settled right away. Pendry also listened to my request of having a room on the higher floors and put me on floor 17. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, my stay was great and I cannot see myself choosing any other hotel if I go back to Newport Beach!"
