"Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike...

"Loved the stay. Carole was great. She met me for check in. Her husband is a cool guy and did my check out. Belmont Shore is the best neighborhood in Long Beach. Just park your car and walk to 2nd street for a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal. This spot cannot be beat in terms of location. Carole was cool and genuinely interested in our comforts place is stocked. You really don’t need to bring much. Great spot and good people. "

"There is nothing more we could ask of this little home. Everything needed for a relaxing stay is already there, super clean and organized. Fully stocked kitchen, although there is so much great food and drink in the neighborhood, you might not need it. We will definitely return on our next LB adventure!"

"As stated above, overall it was a fantastic stay. Some concerns that we think should be mentioned in review more notably so people can catch them are as follows. Parking on street only. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but after you come home from a full day of walking at one of the parks and you have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and that spot is about 3/4 of a mile away tends to be frustrating. "It served its purpose. Location is great except parking was not the most convenient but we made it work. We did not spend much time at the home as we were busy. Very small living room and a small couch otherwise had to sit on kitchen table chairs. We did not use kitchen appliances but looked OK. Appears you need to bring your own toilet paper and there was not much there"

"Our first time staying on a yacht and it was an awesome experience. The Ca-Sea-Ta worked great for our group of 4. My only feedback was the Directv in the living space didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Be prepared for small bathrooms and bedroom areas though. The location was walking distance to so much we really didn’t need our rental car for much. "
