"This place needs a serious update. Our shower had rust all along the bottom. Sink was dirty and had hair in it. Toilet kept running. There was a bug crawling on the nightstand. Elevator was not working…. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place unless they hired some more help & underwent a remodel."

Floors are very unlevel. 1 shower doesn’t work, and that’s good cause there were live roaches in it! We did complain first to host, then VRBO.
