"Stayed with a group of older guys for fishing. David was very responsive to the few questions we had. Best of all, he delayed the cleaners coming in, so we could leave at our leisure on Saturday which was greatly appreciated. Dock had everything needed, fishing cleaning table; water, even a little float to launch provided kayaks. Kitchen had everything needed. Brand new grill outside. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in various places throughout the house. The only negative was 20+...

"Everything was great and Melanie was very easy to communicate with! "

"The house is located close to Key West avoiding the long drive to other Keys. There are excellent restaurants right on Cudjoe and great charters to do back country fishing. Bahia Honda is beautiful beach to visit which is also close by. Property has a nice pool and room to fish from the dock. Can’t go wrong with the property if you are looking for 4 bath and 4 bedrooms L."

"We appreciated all the extra towels for our stay as we were on the boat and in the water a couple times a day. Not really easy parking with a boat, Trailor and 3 vehicles. We were lucky no one was staying in the home adjacent that is managed by the same company. We were very happy with our stay otherwise. Florida Salts Family! "

"Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house. "

"We enjoyed our visit to Cudjoe Key. We rented a boat for two days to enjoy snorkeling. It was great being able to tie up the boat outside our rental."

"Our family of five adults and a dog had a fantastic week at this beautiful house! We had plenty of space, it was super clean and well kept. The countertop ice maker was definitely appreciated! We didn’t cook but all the tools you could need are there. We did place an Instacart order from Publix for a few things and delivery was no problem. "My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!"

Great Stay! But no Beach.

"Here are pros and cons. Pros: wonderful property!! Beautiful resort with fantastic rooms, all with a water view and a large veranda. Super comfy beds, super large bathroom with separate shower. All look new and well decorated! Cons: front desk attendants are not nice (BTW, something super common in Miami resorts as well). There's not a beach at the resort. For the pictures it looks like there is a small beach, but it’s in fact swampy water. So, everyone stays at one of the various pools spread in the property. "
